Commercial Permits

Most commercial development plans will fall into our Site Plan/Subdivision permit review process.  All new subdivisions and/or subdivision plats are required to follow this process.
 
A conceptual design review is recommended before any plans are submitted.  Conceptual design review meeting are held on the first Wednesday of the month.  Please contact the LCEO Permit Department to schedule a meeting.
 
Begin the Application Process
Review the minimum documentation requirements on the “Commercial Site Plan and Subdivision Submittal Validation Requirements” document listed on the right.
 
Once you have compiled all the required documentation for your application you can submit the documentation via LCExpress.

1. Log on to LCExpress by clicking the logo below
2. Sign into your account.
  •   If you have not already created an LCExpress account please   click    here   for instructions on creating an account.
3. Select “Create Application”
4. Select “Developments – Site Plan/Subdivision”
5. Complete the intake process, filling in all required details and filling in as much detail as possible.
6. Click the Green "Submit" button to complete your application.
7.   LCExpress will perform a brief "jurisdiction check" to verify if your development is within our jurisdiction.
You will be prompted to submit your plans   after this jurisdiction check.
8. LCExpress will email the applicant a link to LCExpress E Plan Review system.
NOTE: additional logins will be required
9. Follow the prompts for uploading your development plans.
