To access Lucas County/Township Projects through the electronic bidding service, you must first register at Bid Express by clicking on the “Create a Vendor Account” button and following the instructions.

In order to bid, you must create and enable a digital ID within the service. This process requires the submission of notarized paperwork and may take up to five business days to complete. There are no fees to register, create and enable a digital ID, or to download bid documents. There is a small expense on a monthly or per-bid basis to submit a bid.
