Our tax map personnel are located at 1 Government Center, Suite 780 and maintain the tax maps and parcel mapping portion of the county's GIS. They review all legal descriptions before transfers are made and assign street numbers.

The Tax Map Department is responsible for:

• ​Maintaining the online GIS map for Lucas County
• Reviewing all legal descriptions for property transfers
• Assisting the public in obtaining tax maps and survey information for property in Lucas County
