All Subdivisions in Lucas County must follow the requirements of the Lucas County Subdivision Rules and Regulations (PDF).
These regulations are periodically updated and maintained by the staff of the Toledo-Lucas County Plan Commission (see link below). The planning section works closely with the Plan Commission staff and when requested, assists in providing engineering expertise and input in reviewing proposed zoning changes, special use permits, planned unit developments, preliminary development plans, township zoning resolutions, land use plans, and other planning documents. |
