Project Summary

The Lucas County Engineer’s Office proposes the construction of a modern roundabout at the intersection of Kilburn Road and Sylvania Ave, located in Richfield Township.
 
The scope of work includes pavement reconstruction and widening, drainage improvements, earthwork and swale grading, utility adjustments, concrete pavement and curbing, sidewalk, curb ramps, traffic signing, pavement markings, erosion control, landscaping, lighting, maintenance of traffic and other related work.
 
Construction of this project is partially funded with Highway Safety Improvement Program (H.S.I.P) funds received through the County Engineer’s Association of Ohio (CEAO) and the Ohio Public Works Commission.
UPDATE August 2023
Construction began in June of 2023 and was completed in August 2023.
