Project Summary
The Lucas County Engineer's Office is proposing a project which consists of the removal and replacement of bridge No. 1437 on Corduroy Road over Reno Side Cut, including the improvement of the approach roadway in Jerusalem Township, Lucas County, Ohio.

Guardrail is complete. Workers finished up that work Monday afternoon, as well as the surface course of pavement Saturday.
Crews are striping the road today followed by cleanup and seeding with an expected reopening of end of day Thursday.

Crews are up and at it this morning on paving. The base layer is down and rollers are smoothing it out. They’re hoping the rain stays away and they can complete both the intermediate and surface courses by the end of the day.

The beams were set last week and abutments were built. Paving starts later this week.

The last of the old bridge was demolished. Crews are now hard at work laying the geosynthetic foundation for the new bridge.

Demolition of the bridge continued through the week with crews hoping to finish that work by early next week.
