Project Summary

The Lucas County Engineer's Office is proposing the resurfacing of Bancroft Street from St. James Wood to 0.05 mi. west of McCord Road and McCord Road from 0.11 mi. north of Bancroft Street to Regents Park (0.34 miles) in Springfield and Sylvania Townships.

The scope of work includes milling the existing pavement, performing spot full depth pavement repairs, placing a two course asphalt overlay, adjusting manholes, shoulders and driveways to grade, placement of pavement markings and RPM’s, adding sidewalk to the west side of McCord Road and other related work.

Construction of this project is partially funded with Federal Surface Transportation Program Funds received through the Toledo Area Council of Governments (TMACOG) and the Ohio Public Wors Commssion.

Constructions crews completed full resurfacing work, as well as drainage upgrades and new sidewalks on the southbound side.
