Project Summary

The Lucas County Engineer's Office is proposing the 2023 Crack Sealing program, which consists of placing hot, applied crack sealant on portions of county roads in accordance with specifications, which includes approximately 8.60 miles of roads in Jerusalem, Richfield, Providence, Spencer, Springfield, Swanton, and Sylvania Townships.
