Project Summary
The Lucas County Engineer's Office is proposing the 2025 Thin Overlay Project, which includes asphalt pavement resurfacing on approximately 3.5 miles of roadway on the following county roads:
• Angola Road (0.14 mi west of Holland Sylvania to Holland Sylvania)
• Heller Road (Stiles Rd to Village of Whitehouse limits)
• Holland Sylvania Road (Merger Dr to 0.04 mi north of Angola Rd)
• Mitchaw Road (0.06 mi north of Sylvania Ave to 0.08 mi north of Twin Creek Ln)
• Garden Road (Eber Rd to Crissey Rd)
• North Jerome Road (Monclova Road to Technology Drive)
• Technology Drive (North Jerome Rd to 0.03 mi east)
• Angola Road (0.14 mi west of Holland Sylvania to Holland Sylvania)
• Heller Road (Stiles Rd to Village of Whitehouse limits)
• Holland Sylvania Road (Merger Dr to 0.04 mi north of Angola Rd)
